I have always thought that behind Bill’s often tough guy exterior there beat a heart of a true romantic.He had a long and happy relationship with his wife who he met on his first day in Paris after landing there after his military service on the GI bill. It shows particularly in his appreciation of beauty in his really unique fashion images especially in this rare dye transfer photo. Toujours l’amour.
