(1944-2025)
Sebastião passed away suddenly almost a year ago, on May 23, 2025. We were due to have dinner together in London two days later to discuss future gallery adventures, but it was not to be. He was an extraordinary man and a truly great photographer.
The last year has seemed amazingly quiet without him in our lives here at the gallery and in the photo world in general. But the work lives on as a constant reminder of his gift to us all.
